So many delicious meals to be had, so little time! Food has been a passion of mine for years, so I figured it was about time I actually did something with my hobby. Some people eat to live, others live to eat, and then there are people like me who plan entire vacations around good eats and procrastinate from work by reading restaurant reviews and food blogs (Eater, you've saved me from many a boring afternoon!). Now, I'm a firm believer that good eats come in all price ranges and settings. I've found culinary bliss tucking into greasy bun cha (barbecued minced pork balls in fish sauce) in Hanoi and dining luxuriously over 9 courses at French Laundry. Food should be delicious at a minimum, and at it's best, it should be craveable, seizure inducing nirvana.
All that said, I figure if I'm going to spend all my time sorting out where the delicious food is and what's noteworthy on the culinary scene, I might as well share it with other like-minded eaters. I'm aiming for my blog to be a mix of restaurant reviews, food essays, culinary travel ideas, and the occasional food gossip. Bon appetit!
