"But I've never heard of Beer Geek Tuesday!" you exclaim. Well, you, sir, are missing out. It's a long running casual exploration of all things beer, offering different experiences each week such as food and beer pairings and rare casks and tap takeovers.
The brunch features the option of a prix fixe meal for $20 per person that includes three courses and one beer cocktail or you can order a la carte. True to their buy local credo, they get many of the ingredients from local faves like Sublime Doughnuts and Holeman & Finch.
"What is a beer cocktail?" you wonder. For the debut brunch in March the beverage options included a beer cocktail made with Blanche De Bruxelles (one of the few beers I actually like) combined with the Timmermans Strawberry Lambic, as well as straight up specialty beers.
