Taste Ford Fry's James Beard Specials This Week

This week Ford Fry and team took over the James Beard House in NYC for the Toast of Atlanta dinner. Now you, too, can enjoy their Atlanta-centric menu through March 10 when you visit JCT, No. 246, or The Optimist. The specials are being offered nightly until they run out.



JCT. Kitchen & Bar

Entrée: “cold fried” chicken torchon, field pea salad, crispy chicken skins, white barbecue sauce and pickles

Dessert: fatback pralines

Entrée: Georgia ricotta and preserved Meyer lemon cappelletti with roasted young artichokes, shaved spring carrots and Florida baby English peas

Dessert: peaches and cream

The Optimist

Entrée: roasted black bass with buttery razor clams, grilled baby leeks and smoked bone marrow broth

Dessert: key lime milk fudge
