Ford Fry Tex Mex - Chef's Ford Fry and Kevin Maxey will be opening a casual Tex-Mex restaurant influenced by Fry's Texas roots.
The Luminary - From former Top Chef contestant Eli Kirshtein will come an American brasserie with regionally influenced bistro cuisine.
The Spotted Trotter - Kirkwood's butcher/charcuterie shop will open an Inman Park outpost complete with local cheeses, fresh butchered whole cuts, primal cuts, smoked meats, salami, pates and terrines. Super psyched for this. I always thought a cool butcher would kill it in our hood.
Grand Champion BBQ - This Roswell/Milton BBQ mini-chain will open an ITP outpost at Krog Street Market. I've never heard of it before, but Atlanta Magazine named it second best barbecue in Atlanta. Not too shabby!
It will be an embarrassment of riches! Do I want tacos or pulled pork? A croissant or whatever a regionalized brasserie serves? When Ponce City Market opens, we'll have more awesome eateries than you can shake a stick at.
