Taste of Atlanta - October 25-27, 2013

It's time again for Atlanta's biggest food festival - the 3 day Taste of Atlanta will be taking over Tech Square in Midtown this weekend Friday - Sunday!

Friday night at Taste of Atlanta
The Friday night opening party at last year's Taste of Atlanta

This event is huge, attracting visitors from all around the region to enjoy more than 90 restaurants from the Atlanta Metro area. There's a lot more than just eats on offer, though. You can enjoy everything from an Iron Chef Kid Competition to wine tasting in the VIP tent.

There is truly something for everybody at Taste of Atlanta. Here's how it works for newbies. Buy your tickets ($30 in advance of $40 at the event). You get 10 taste coupons with your ticket and you use those to "buy" bites from participating restaurants. Typically each dish is 1-3 tickets, and you can buy more tickets for $1 each if needed. Kids ages 13 and under receive FREE admission (excluding taste coupons) when accompanied by a paid adult. VIP tickets ($75 in advance, $85 at the event) get you access to a special area with additional restaurants and lots of wine and beer.

Tickets are sold at locations throughout Atlanta, including Cook’s Warehouse, Ticket Alternative and Georgia Tech’s ticket booth outlets. Advance tickets must be purchased by midnight on October 25. For more information, go here.
