Tarrapin Beer Company and Jittery Joe's Coffee Brunch Takeover at One Eared Stag - Dec. 1
One Eared Stag has teamed up with Athens’ favorites Terrapin Beer Company and Jittery Joe’s Coffee for a brunch takeover on Sunday, December 1. Beginning at 12:30 p.m. the folks from Terrapin will be on hand to tap a very special cask of seasonal favorite Wake & Bake Coffee Oatmeal Stout featuring Jittery Joe’s Coffee. One Eared Stag will be offering $5 drafts of both Wake & Bake and Terrapin 2013 Reunion Ale paired with One Eared Stag brunch favorites. Jittery Joe’s will also be in the house, fresh roasting coffee beans and preparing French presses to order.
One Eared Stag will be serving up a special Beef Tongue Hash and their signature brunch item, the Chef’s Breakfast, will be served with a Wake & Bake draft and a shot of cold-brewed Jittery Joe’s coffee. Call One Eared Stag at 404-525-4479 for reservations.
Livingston Restaurant + Bar Santa Brunch - Dec. 8
Celebrate the holiday season with a brunch that is fun for the whole family at Livingston Restaurant + Bar. Chef Michael Semancik will prepare a Southern buffet featuring seasonal items. The main event, Santa's visit, will take place from 12-3.
A professional photographer will be on site to capture holiday photos with Santa and can provide printed photographs for $5.00 each. Reservations are available from 11:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and are strongly encouraged.

Stache Bash in the Virginia Highlands - Dec. 14 at 8 pm
Grow/glue on/draw your 'stache and head to Virginia Highlands for the Stache Bash, a bar crawl fundraiser to help needy families at Christmas time. You will get a t-shirt with a minimum donation of $10 and receive drink specials at all the participating locations.
All proceeds go directly towards helping needy families during Christmas. If you can't get there at the start, you can join any time. Just look for hundreds of mustaches and matching t-shirts!

Seven Lamps Anniversary Party - Dec. 15, 7 pm
Celebrate Seven Lamps' 1-year anniversary with an elaborate 10-course meal and drink pairings from some of Atlanta's top chefs and mixologists. Participating chefs include E.J. Hodgkinson (JCT.), Joe Schafer (King + Duke), Bruce Logue (BoccaLupo), Guy Wong (Miso Izakaya), Kevin Rathbun and of course Drew Van Leuvan and Kelly Lovett of Seven Lamps. On Friday's and Saturday nights, The Spence's Andrea Litvin will be serving up liquid nitrogen ice cream sundaes tableside. Ice cream flavors and featured liquid nitrogen toppings are always changing depending on what’s in her pastry pantry for the weekend.
Enjoy features such as Chocolate Ice Cream topped with Popped Sorghum, Almonds, Chocolate Sauce, Salted Caramels and liquid nitrogen made Beet Mousse.
Cost is $20 and includes a sharing portion for two.

Not in the mood to cook for Christmas? For the second year in a row, South City Kitchen Midtown will be open for dinner on Tuesday, December 24 from 5-9 pm.
