Gluten Free Cooking Class from Simple Abundance - Monday, March 24

Thinking of going gluten-free? Seems like everyone (my little sis included) is these days. Well I've got a cooking class for you...

Next up in the Simple Abundance cooking class series is Spring into Gluten Free. I cannot imagine how hard it is to live life without gluten, so a cooking class would majorly be in order if I was taking the plunge. 100% of proceeds from Simple Abundance cooking classes go to support the Atlanta Community Food Bank. So it's win-win - you learn from renowned chefs and they raise funds for a great cause.

Spring Into Gluten-Free
Chef Tracey Bloom and Allergy Coach Brooklyn Cole of Free Cuisine
Monday, March 24, 7-9 p.m.
The Cook’s Warehouse – Decatur
180 West Ponce De Leon Ave., Decatur, GA 30030
$55 ─ Demonstration & Tasting

You may know award winning Chef Tracy Bloom from her television appearances on Bravo’s Top Chef: DC or Lifetime’s Supermarket Superstar, but she is also the co-founder, along with Allergy Coach Brooklyn Cole, of Free Cuisine, a gluten-free and allergy friendly catering and lifestyle consulting company. If you are interested in gluten-free and/or allergy-free cooking, this class is for you. Brooklyn will discuss and answer any food allergy questions you may have and Chef Bloom will teach the class how to make Creamy Vidalia Onion Soup with crispy onion rings, Fried Arancini di Riso – risotto balls, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Heaven Bars. Evening includes gluten-free wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
